Fireworks_2006After months of preparation, we finally announced the winners of our very first Reputation Online Effectiveness Awards last night.

As we said during the ceremony, there are a lot of people promising a lot in our industry but not delivering much, so it’s important to highlight the best work and give it the credit it deserves.

We were blown away by the quality of entries, and I was personally thrilled to see brands themselves step forward, the public and education sectors get involved and many agencies outside of the social media bubble step up and show us their work.

Our goal was to celebrate great work, choosing categories that mean something and aren’t simply added on to the end of a traditional ceremony. I think we’ve achieved that and I’d like to congratulate all of the winners and finalists.

There will be an in depth overview of the winners on our awards website soon, but for now, congratualations to both our shortlist and the winners as listed below!
