spotlight1600We caught up with Jo Jamieson, director at Berkeley PR, an agency that specialises in all thing technology and online. Our five minute video covers her view of the company’s USP, why it doesn’t matter if you’re based in London or not and her respect for Zappos focus on customer service.

Jo is responsible for running Berkeley operationally, having built up an experience of working with hardware and software companies n the B2B and consumer tech sectors. Current and former clients include global companies such as Ricoh, SAP and Hitachi Capital as well as ‘niche providers’ including Adax, Affiliate Window and Reading Room.
